Feasibility study for the new construction of the company headquarters of Ersotech GmbH .

David Toszeghi graduated with a Master's degree in Architecture from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in 2016 and is a member of the SIA. In the last five years, he has been working in the architecture and real estate sector in depth on the digitalization processes of the construction industry and has specialized in the BIM and visualization area. David Toszeghi led Klein & Toszeghi GmbH from 2008 to 2016 and Toszeghi & Partner AG from 2018."

Solutions

The company Ersotech GmbH is in the process of growth. Due to the more extensive vehicle fleet, the increasing annual turnover and the company expansion, the need for additional premises and vehicle parking spaces arose.

Ersotech GmbH is now looking for a suitable location for its headquarters and is planning the construction of a new multi-storey building with a parking garage for vehicles on the first floor and open-plan office space on the upper floors.

This feasibility study is a first step in analyzing the site and examining various possible solutions for the new building.

Planning

We have developed various variants for the different approaches and presented them in a feasibility study with regard to costs, feasibility and use.

Design

Based on the different approaches, we have developed and designed appropriate solutions. Here we have incorporated various design approaches to show the customer the possibilities also in terms of cost / and use.
